Yes. Our meal plans are 15% of protein from total energy. Every recipe contains nutritional data stating the exact amount in grams.

Is it a diet? Will I be hungry following these meal plans?

No. The portions are big – it might quite happen that you’re not able to eat the whole meal when you’re used to eating heavier foods.

For how many people are the meal plans designed?

The meal plans are for an individual. However, you can easily multiply the ingredients by the number of people in your household.

I eat meat. Do these meal plans fit me?

Yes, they do. We have substitution tips for omnivores.
