No. The portions are big – it might quite happen that you’re not able to eat the whole meal when you’re used to eating heavier foods.
Yes. Our meal plans are 15% of protein from total energy. Every recipe contains nutritional data stating the exact amount in grams.
Why should I take your meal plans when I can just find the recipes on Internet or cookbooks and design them myself?
The meal plans are so much more than just recipes – we do the planning for you, so that you do not need to spend a lot of time on figuring out what to cook for dinner. We also make sure that all nutritional needs are met – that you’d get enough energy, not eating too much fats, getting enough protein, vitamins and minerals.
If you take monthly subscription then you’ll be automatically charged every month. In case of individual plan you will be charged only once.
